Changing Minds
is an innovative, multi-use, mental illness education program.  It was created to address a community need for mental health education, stigma reduction and to provide a better understanding of mental health and mental illness.

Who is this Program for?
This program is designed for those organizations and people that come in contact with people experiencing mental illness on a daily basis in their occupation.  The program helps you to relate to your clients on a more personal level and gives you insight into their way of thinking.

Why the Program Works?
Mental Illness is more challenging to understand than other kinds of illness.  We understand mental illness more readily when we get to know the individual who has the illness and understand how it affects their lives.

How is the Program Set Up?
Changing Minds is divided into eight distinct modules and delivered over a two day period.  Delivery will normally occur from Murchison Centre, a professional facility located in Charlottetown with comfortable and spacious meeting rooms and plenty of free parking.  To view a more detailed outline of the Changing Minds program modules, please click here (Adobe Reader required).

What does it cost?

The cost is $250 per participant for the complete (two day) program.  Normally, we try to set up groups of 20 to ensure an optimal number of participants.  For this amount, each participant will experience the many, powerful, video testimonials which are an integral part of Changing Minds; a comprehensive PowerPoint presentation; relevant group exercises delivered by our two certified trainers and our well-stocked refreshment breaks.  In addition, everyone will receive a professionally printed Participant Workbook containing a summary of the key program elements.
